Keywords: Powder injection molding
Bi-material micro-part
Feedstock
Issue Date: 2020
Description: The particle size distribution of stainless steel 17-4PH and yttria-stabilized zirconia powders was measured by employing Microtrac X100 and Malvern Zetasizer Nano ZS particle size analyzer, respectively. These data was important to under stand the effect of particle size distribution on the rheology, debinding and sintering stages of two-component powder-injection molding process.
